Leah Archibald
Human Storytelling & AI Strategist Exploring how artificial intelligence can amplify authentic human voices, transform the economics of media production, and expand the reach of ideas worth sharing.
About LeahMy work sits at the intersection of human storytelling, emerging technology, and digital influence. I'm particularly interested in how artificial intelligence can make sophisticated media production more accessible, giving authentic voices and important ideas a greater opportunity to be heard. As Executive Director of the Theology of Work Project, I lead a nonprofit organization exploring the relationship between faith, work, and culture. My current work includes developing emerging filmmakers and expanding opportunities for their meaningful stories to reach new audiences both digitally and in community.Previously, as Creative Director at aPriori Technologies, I led digital storytelling for an enterprise technology provider. By combining real customer interviews with AI-enabled production tools, I was able to scale media impact while reducing production costs over 70%.Hosting the "Making It Work" podcast and teaching Leadership at Gordon College both sparked my conviction that people grow by asking hard questions and relating to one another while we listen for the answers.Today, I keep returning to the same question:
How can we use increasingly powerful technology to amplify human connection, rather than replace it?
